Waters Auto Prep HPLC

Hendrik ze Fractionator is an Autopurification System from Waters Corporation, it contains the following key components:

• Sample Manager: which is able to automatically inject and collect the desired sample.
• Preparative RP-HPLC: C18 column 30x150mm, sample size: 2-100mg/run, 5mL sample loop, working flow rate 40mL/min with a gradient of MQ and ACN.
• At-Column Dilution (ACD): the sample is brought to the column in pure ACN, which makes injections in high organic solvents possible.
• Sample detection: UV and MS, possible to detect and collect based on the UV and/or MS signal.
  • UV: max 2 wavelengths simultaneously within range: 190 to 700nm.
  • MS: detect within mass range: 30 to 1250m/z.
