Optical surface profiler

Optical profiler for non-contact height scans over a sample surface. For samples composed of different surface materials the interpretation of measured heights can be complex and complementary information from a stylus profiler might be required.  

Availability 

Incidental sample scans can be made by an AMS staff member on request.

Instrument is clean room based and only available after mandatory clean room safety and equipment training.

Booking in blocks of 2 hours.
