Hall set-up

Home build Hall set-up to measure the carrier density (doping level) of semi-conductor samples. The method is destructive and requires the application of a specific metal contact pattern to the sample before measurement.   

Availability 

Instrument is clean room based and is only operated by an experienced AMS staff member.

Samples can be prepared and analysed on request in cooperative research.
